Meet Jasmine Osowski

In her role as the After School Program Coordinator in Menifee, Jasmine has the responsibilities of supervising instructional staff and efficiently coordinating the implementation of immersive, science-based environmental studies curriculum within after-school programs.

Jasmine's qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, alongside successful completion of essential teacher exams for California and the comprehensive Praxis assessment in earth and space sciences. Since her integration into the AES team, she has played a pivotal role in orchestrating the launch of the program in Menifee.

Leveraging her extensive 10+ years of experience in education as both an instructor and curriculum developer, she possesses the skills essential for providing an exceptional learning environment for children exploring the wonders of environmental science.

Outside of her professional role, Jasmine finds solace in the outdoors. She enjoys exploring hiking trails, embracing beach moments, and playing guitar.

Jasmine's dedication to her role contributes significantly to the AES community. She fosters an environment where young minds thrive and deepen their connection with the marvels of the natural world.

Dr. Jason Whiting is the founder of Adventure Education Solutions and a Professor in the Recreation Administration Department at California State University, Fresno. With advanced degrees from The University of Georgia and Western Illinois University, Jason specializes in outdoor recreation, environmental education, and research on human dimensions of natural resources. His passion for connecting youth with nature and fostering meaningful outdoor experiences guides his work and scholarship.
